Two recently refurbished bungalows set between the breathtaking Heritage Coastline and the picturesque village St Agnes.
Within walking distance you will find a wide variety of shops, restaurants, galleries, pubs and sandy surfing beaches. Leave the car in the drive and explore this area of outstanding natural beauty. We are central for touring the whole of Cornwall and are sure you will find something to suit everyone.
The cosy clean bungalows are under the owner’s personal supervision. For our guests comfort the accommodation is smoke and pet free. Regretfully the bungalows are not suitable for young children.

Road
On the A30 from Bodmin turn right at the Chiverton Roundabout on to the B3277. Once in St Agnes, follow one way system past the church on your right, down Town Hill to the mini roundabout. Carry on straight up the hill on the Perranporth road, take the first turning on your left - (Signposted to Wheal Kitty). At the T-junction turn left, after approx 150 yards the road narrows follow sign to Parklands on the left and then take the 1st right to Parklands follow lane to the end where you will see a sign to Little Meadows. This is also the location of The Studio.
