Our location : Tremaine Barn is located in a beautiful, secluded rural area between historic Launceston, Bodmin Moor and the dramatic Atlantic Coast. We are ideally positioned for ..coast resorts, such as Bude, Padstow ..those special old harbours, such as Port Isaac, Port Quin, Hartland Quay ..the unforgettable coastal path of North Cornwall ..touring historic places such as Launceston Castle, Lanhydrock House, Tintagel and Boscastle ..great gardens such as Rosemoor, Cotele ..moorland and country walks, with the peaks of Bodmin Moor (Brown Willy & Rough Tor) nearby, the Camel and Tamar Valleys a short trip away.

Our accommodation:

A luxury conversion of a traditional stone barn and roundhouse, set in nearly 2 acres of landscaped gardens. We offer every comfort, in a traditional setting with fine furniture, comfortable beds, pictures and ornaments throughout. For that cosy evening, each cottage has a wood burning stove set in an inglenook fireplace. For extra comfort, every room enjoys central heating.

Just enjoy the luxury of high quality bedlinen, towels and linen. Relax with widescreen digital TV (Roundhouse),DVD and good sound systems. Email your friends with our free wi-fi connection.

Both cottages are equipped with cookers, microwaves, fridges, freezers, dishwashers and many other appliances, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outside, you can enjoy your own landscaped private gardens, with patios and barbecues. For those less mobile, our cottages are on single floor levels.

Good doggies are welcome

What makes us better:

We care, we are attentive – but not in breach of your privacy. You are personally welcomed and shown round the cottage. The maintenance of the cottages and grounds are personally managed by the owners.

We even offer a free grocery buying service, before your arrival.
