Weavers Cottage - Sleeps 3

This is a compact two storey cottage with a low beamed ceiling in the open plan kitchen/living area. The kitchen features modern lemon shaker units with built in oven and ceramic hob. A narrow open staircase leads up to the double bedroom which has a dormer window offering the same superb views as the living room. A single bedroom leads off the double bedroom. In colder months a gas fire is provided.

A shower room with loo and handbasin is located downstairs. There is parking close to the front door. Heating in the winter is by storage heaters and is included in the price of the cottage.  Shower. Scenic view. Short breaks of 3 or 4 nights may be available in off peak periods for 75% of weekly rate.

Mill End- Sleeps 5

A comfortable living/dining room enjoys superb views through the double doors which open to the back. There is a separate newly fitted kitchen with dishwasher, eye level oven and ceramic hob. The recently refurbished shower room has a large power shower, loo and handbasin.

There is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom. A gas fire is provided in colder months.  Parking is close to the back door. Bath and shower. Scenic view

Millhouse - sleeps 8

This is the largest cottage, set on 2 levels with lots of character.  The large beamed living room has a wood burning stove for cosy evenings and overlooks the attractive courtyard. A newly fitted galley kitchen with ivory units, ceramic hob, modern oven and dishwasher is opposite the dining area with large table.

Also downstairs is a bathroom with hand basin and a separate shower room and loo. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms, bedroom one has a four poster bed and en suite shower and loo. Leading off this room is the smaller twin room. The third bedroom has a double bed and leads to a large twin bedroom with hand basin.  There is parking for 2 cars close by. Penlys Cottage - Sleeps 2

A charming cottage with spacious living room/ kitchen featuring high beams, a velux window and a wood burning stove in a feature fireplace for cosy evenings. The modern kitchen is fully fitted with lemon shaker units. There is a double bedroom with adjoining dressing room with attractive furniture. The modernised bathroom next to the bedroom includes a bath with power shower over the bath.

This cottage can accommodate 4 people by utilising one of the sofas in the living room which converts into a comfortable bed. This cottage has its own walled area for sitting out.  There is parking close to the cottage.

Cobblers Cottage - Sleeps 4

The large living room and kitchen has a high beamed ceiling, woodburning stove in a feature fireplace, a velux window in the ceiling provides extra light. The kitchen is fully fitted with new ivory shaker units and has a dishwasher. The recently updated bathroom has a white suite and an electric shower over the bath.  There is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. There is parking for one car.

Pine Cottage - Sleeps 4

A large picture window in the living room gives superb views over the Valency valley. There is fully fitted ivory kitchen with ceramic hob, slim line dishwasher, integral fridge etc. A twin room and a double bedroom lead off the living room which has a wood burning stove and TV with video and DVD. The modernised bathroom has a roll top bath and separate power shower. The cottage is equipped with its own washer/drier and freezer.  There is space for a car by the steps outside the back door. Plough Cottage - Sleeps 6

The comfortable living room/kitchen enjoys fine views over the valley and farmland, the kitchen is fitted with modern ivory shaker units and has a dishwasher. The main bathroom is newly fitted with white bath, hand basin and loo. Additionally the double bedroom which is accessed through the bunk bedroom has its own en suite loo and power shower. The twin bedroom is at the other end of the cottage. A gas fire is provided in the living room in colder months.  There is parking for 2 cars outside the back door. Bath, seaview, scenic view

All cottages have meters and electricity is charged on departure according to use. Heating in the winter is by storage heaters and is included in the price of the cottage.
