Budds Barns are typical North Cornwall stone-built farm buildings which have been sympathetically restored by local craftsmen to provide welcoming holiday accommodation.

We have 3 cottages set round a traditional yard in this peaceful area, close to the coast. Suitable for all seasons, they are warm, comfortable and fully equipped.

From your base at Budds Barns you will be ideally located to explore and enjoy some of the finest attractions of North Cornwall and Devon:- National Trust properties. Legendary Bodmin moor, and the national parks of Exmoor and Dartmoor. The prestigious Eden Project. The South West Coastal Path, the Tarka and Camel Trails and the Sustrans National Cycle Route are all nearby.

We believe that Bude is a well kept secret, once discovered, rarely forgotten. You will find it a welcoming place with facilities to swim, surf, fish, walk, cycle, bowl, play golf or just explore, chill out and relax. The Bude Canal provides a focal point for the town from the sea lock and around the Lower Wharf with a Brasserie and Museum. There is a wide variety of places to eat out ranging from pubs and restaurants to tea rooms for the traditional Cornish cream teas!

Carthouse Barn A 1 bedroom (double bed) cottage with ensuite shower room, galley kitchen, sitting/dinning room and newly installed woodburning stove. This barn is all on one level and has a very spacious feel to it. It looks out onto glorious countryside and has its own garden area facing these views. CHANGE OVER DAY SATURDAY

Swallow Barn A 2 bedroom barn with 2 double bedded rooms. Upstairs bathroom with bath and shower over, plus large sitting room and separate kitchen. Fabulous views and own enclosed garden. CHANGE OVER DAY FRIDAY

Wagtail Barn A 2 bedroom Barn with one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. This cottage has a very large kitchen, separate lounge and downstairs shower room and an enclosed garden looking out over rolling countryside. CHANGE OVER DAY SATURDAY
