    The Hotel

    The hotel is located just a short stroll to the centre of Newquay, and minutes from some of the UK’s finest surf beaches, including the world-famous surf mecca Fistral Beach.

    This iconic AA four-star hotel blends historic, classic glamour with modern luxury. The hotel was home to the worlds biggest band The Beatles whilst they filmed their now-iconic movie The Magical Mystery Tour in 1967. As well as the famous four staying at the hotel, several of the film's scenes were shot on location in and around the grounds of the hotel.

    All rooms are chic, spacious, and flooded with natural light, offering breathtaking views of the coast, harbour, and the Atlantic Ocean.     The AA Rosette Award Winning restaurant, Silks Bistro & Champagne Bar, provides a total dining experience that includes a sumptuous menu of locally sourced dishes, theatrical décor, and a relaxed atmosphere that is flooded with warm light from expansive windows and skylights.

    If you’re a fan of champagne and cocktails, the champagne bar offers the perfect place to relax on comfortable sofas or leather armchairs. On one of our beautiful Cornish days, you can make the most of the stunning views by heading onto the outdoor sea view terrace, which is perfect for al fresco dining or sunset cocktails.

    Elsewhere, the Atlantic Spa offers an oasis of calm. Calming neutral tones and sea views await as you sink into the indoor heated swimming pool.
