Carn-awn is an ideal base for exploring the surrounding area of this unspoilt coastline, local walks, surfing, golfing, fishing and water sports are all in easy reach. Port Isaac offers a selection of pubs/restaurants, cafes and locals shops.

The South-West Coast Path leads up the side of the property and brings you out at the top of the hill, providing access to the dramatic headlands and makes for a perfect evening walk. Alternatively stroll down the hill to the pub with a garden, supplying excellent Cornish Ales, home cooked food sourced locally and a great atmosphere.
