The Trevaylor is a family owned and run detached guest house with a homely and comfortable atmosphere and lovely sea views overlooking Falmouth Bay, a sheltered stretch of water famed for its safe sailing.
The Guest House is just a few minutes walk from Swanpool Beach, where you can surf, play golf and enjoy evening meals on the terrace of Indaba Bistro, watching the sun set over the sea. Gyllyngvase Beach is just a 3 minute walk away, and the Princess Pavilion, offering a wide variety of music and shows during the summer and free nightly entertainment, is 5 minutes walk. Gyllyngdune gardens are open all day for your enjoyment and relaxation. Falmouth town centre and fascinating harbour, together with The National Maritime Museum, are within 10 minutes walk from the Trevaylor Guest House.
Trevaylor is non-smoking, and has purpose built large ground floor accommodation for guests with disabilities, incorporating: wheelchair friendly ramped entrance/exit and wide corridors and doorways and a large specially equipped wheelchair or walk-in level floored en-suite shower room.
All bedrooms are en-suite and are equipped with colour tv and complimentary tea/coffee facilities. We serve full English breakfast and have a comfortable TV lounge for you to relax in at any time of the day. We provide access at all times, giving you front door and bedroom keys to allow complete freedom.

Road
As you bypass Penryn and enter the boundary of Falmouth, stay on the A39 following the signs for the Docks and Beaches (avoiding the town centre); go straight across at the traffic lights at Kimberley Park Road, straight across at the next mini roundabout into Western Terrace, then right at the next mini roundabout into Pennance Road. Trevaylor is on your right hand side.
