This 2 bedroom fisherman’s cottage is used by the owners for holidays in Porthleven. The cottage is 4 minutes from the harbour and beaches, and a bus ride from the historic towns of Helston and Penzance. There are 3 pubs, cafes, restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Porthleven itself has scenic walks on each side of the harbour which are part of the SW coastal path around Britain.
The cottage sleeps 4 and the accommodation upstairs is 1 double (5ft) bedroom and 1 bedroom with 2 adult sized bunk beds – ideal for children. The bathroom contains a bath/shower, hand-basin and toilet.
Downstairs the kitchen has electric hob and oven, microwave etc. and there is a TV with DVD in lounge, with a wood/coal (available locally) stove. There are storage/convection heaters in each room, electricity is included and linen provided. There is a well kept and sheltered garden with a picnic table at the end of the property.
