The barn cottages are 1 mile from St Ives, with panoramic views of the sea over the fields. Each having 2 bedrooms sleeping maximum of 4. A private bus to St. Ives center usually runs in school holidays. Short breaks available £50 per night for 2. Set in an area of outstanding natural beauty. The coastal footpath is easily accessible. Usually In the summer school holidays a private bus runs directly into the center of St Ives on a regular basis. The barns have been caringly restored to provide first class accommodation yet at the same time preserving many of the original features such as exposed a frames and granite walls.

The cottages ( The Cart House and The Linhay), each with two bedrooms, have high quality furnishings with wooden floors or fitted carpets. They have well equipped kitchens (built in oven/hob, fridge/freezer and microwave ovens)TV + DVD and the Inhay has Sky. Oil fired central heating is available this is charged by meter readings. The charges are inclusive of electricity. Each cottage has its own patio with outside seating area and there is access to a shared well stocked garden with superb sea views. Parking for one car on site. Bed linen is provided but visitors must bring their own towels.

The cottages are available all year round and reductions are made for two people, part weeks available £50 per night for 2 people (not high season).
