A selection of seven individual self-catering properties accommodating up to 7 persons. Situated at Porthleven on or around the cliff top overlooking the beach, with spectacular sea coastal and views. We have ample parking for all accommodation.
We are within 50 metres of steps down to the beach and an easy 5 minute stroll along the waterfront down to the harbour and village centre. Here is a brief guide to our accommodation. Seine House - Cottage
Sleeps up to 2, a one bedroom cottage overlooking the beach with patio and uninterrupted views of the coast and Mounts Bay. Comprising: downstairs - Entrance hall leading to kitchen and bathroom. Upstairs - sea facing lounge, bedroom with double bed.
Barc House - Cottage
Sleeps up to 4, a two bedroom cottage with patio overlooking the beach and Mounts Bay. Outstanding coastal views. Comprising: downstairs - bathroom, open plan kitchen//dining and lounge. Upstairs - bedroom with double bed, bedroom with twin single beds.
Little Tamerisk- Cottage
Sleeps up to 2, a small cottage situated on the cliff top with patio and first floor balcony overlooking the beach. Full sea view. Comprising: Ground Floor - Entrance passage with door to patio and door to small kitchen/diner with stairs to first floor. Bathroom with bath, toilet and washbasin. First Floor - Lounge/bedroom combined, with a double bed and 2 seater settee and easy chair. Colour T.V. and DVD player .door to balcony. Room can be divided by a curtain.
The Loft - Converted Net Loft/apartment
Sleeps up to 4, a two bedroom converted net loft above our office, with excellent sea and coastal views. Comprising - bathroom with shower, kitchen/dining, lounge sea facing, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with twin single beds.
Loft House - House
Sleeps up to 7. A well spaced three bedroom house with an excellent view towards the sea and cliffs of the Lizard peninsula. Comprising: Downstairs - Entrance hall leading to bathroom, large kitchen, bedroom with double and single bed. Upstairs - large lounge, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with double bed (off lounge)
Net Loft Bottom - Converted Net Loft
Sleeps up to 5, a three bedroom self-contained ground floor with a small courtyard. Comprising: entrance with hall leading to bathroom, kitchen/dining room, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with single bed, bedroom with twin single beds, lounge.
Loe Bar Bottom - Apartment
Sleeps up to 3, a two bedroom fully self contained ground floor apartment with rear courtyard and excellent sea views. Comprising: Entrance hall leading to combined lounge and kitchen the TV and DVD player. Bedroom with single bed. Bedroom with double bed. Bathroom with bath and wash basin. Separate toilet closet. Utility cupboard.
We are located in south west Cornwall in Porthleven, along the coast between Land's End and the Lizard. Porthleven is an unspoilt fishing village with 19th century granite built harbour and pier. The village is well served with cafes, restaurants, pubs, bakery, shops, craft workshops and galleries. We are ideally located for walking the coastal path and also base to visit the many places, local attractions and beaches in this part of Cornwall.

Road
From Exeter on M5, left onto A30 into Cornwall. Continue on A30 for approx 95miles. At the Carland Cross Roundabout (by wind turbines) follow A39 sp. Truro. After passing through Truro keep following A39 sp towards Falmouth Then follow A394 sp to Helston. Follow A394 as it leads you around Helston (sp Penzance), at bottom of steep hill and mini linked roundabouts follow B3304 to Porthleven. After 1 3/4 mile turn left signposted Loe Bar. Do not take next left signposted Loe Bar but continue and descend hill. Pass public car park on right and after 75m turn left into our car park and follow our own map included with your booking from here.
Railways: The most convenient mainline station is at Penzance - 10 mile away and there is taxi rank outside the station and also the Bus station. There is hourly bus service to Porthleven and the stop is located at the harbour head and this is a 5/10 minute walk to us.
