With the formation of a new Unitary Authority, a new Head of Tourism and new Portfolio Holder, the VisitCornwall Partnership is seen as a positive opportunity for the sector to be one strong voice for Cornwall and for the good of Cornish tourism. There is an excellent high standard of representation of Cornish Tourism from all sectors present on the board and the aim of the group is to assist VisitCornwall with a strategic plan for Cornwall. The overall ambitions of the group will be to influence the work and strategic direction of the service for the benefit of Cornwall’s visitor economy.
