The Cornwall Destination Management System is an electronic database of useful information for visitors and residents in Cornwall. It contains all sorts of information about Cornwall including accommodation, attractions, places to eat, events and activities.
How do visitors see the information?
There are a number of organisations that provide public websites, guides, brochures, leaflets - for example VisitCornwall and the visitor information centres. The advantage of the Cornwall DMS is that it enables information to be collected once and then each partner in the DMS can use some of the data for their own websites and guides.
What type of information can I show?
The DMS allows much more information to be shown to customers. For accommodation providers this means details about your rooms, prices, availability, photgraphs and so on. The DMS allows you to update your availability and prices.
