Description
Secluded farm setting within the beautiful Valency Valley near Boscastle. Have a wonderful Cornish Holiday in superb four star accommodation. Enjoy the peace and quiet and walk the farm and the coastal paths. Spacious gardens, barbeque and games room with pool and table tennis. All the cottages have DVD and video players and well equiped kitchens. Wifi internet, full central heating, electricity and linen included.
Cargurra Cottage is a traditional cottage with log fire sleeping six plus cot. Upstairs are two double bedrooms one with shower suite, a fullsize bunk room and bathroom. Downstairs is a livingroom-diner, toilet and kitchen with dishwasher and fridge freezer.
Little Gurras is lovely cottage converted from a Victorian barn, sleeping 3, a cot is available. Downstairs is a double and a single and shower room, upstairs is kitchen-diner-lounge.
Over Park has a woodburner and sleeps 4 with cot available. A double and twin bedrooms along with bathroom downstairs. Kitchen-diner-lounge upstairs with dishwasher and fridge freezer.
Fox Park sleeps 4 plus cot in a double and twin room downstairs, the bathroom is also downstairs. Kitchen-diner-lounge upstairs with dishwasher.
Meadows sleeps 4 in a barn conversion, a double bedroom, twin bedroom and shower room downstairs and Kitchen-diner-lounge upstairs.

Directions
By road:
For SatNav use postcode PL35 0BU or OS grid ref SX 131 918
Follow M5 south.
Turn off at junction 31 onto the A30 towards Okehampton/Exeter.
Travel Along the A30 (Dual Carriageway) towards Launceston (about 45 miles).
Go past the Launceston Exits.
3 miles past Launceston, leave dual carriageway and take A395 to Wadebridge.
Go 8 miles into Hallworthy (Hamlet), take second right onto B3262 to Bude.
Go 11/2 miles, turn right at T-junction onto A39 to Bude (More important
road).
1/2 mile, turn left to Marshgate/Boscastle
Go 1 mile, turn left to Tresparrett
Go 11/2 miles (through Tresparrett)
When you have to give way, turn sharp left to St. Juliot Church.
(Ignore earlier St Juliot Church Sign)
Take first left (Signed Cargurra) after 300 yards.
Follow road over a cattle grid, through fields and over a second cattle
grid to...
Either find Cargurra Cottage, the first building you reach
Or continue on the lane for 200 yards to find the Little Gurras, Over
Park, Fox Park and Meadows.
