There is a spacious 3 bedroomed split level house with 2 bathrooms, and 2 beautifully renovated barn conversions with en-suites in all rooms. They have been tastefully furnished to a high standard with bed linen, towels, electricity and oil central heating included. All have their own large gardens, patio areas, barbeques and ample parking.
Ideal for touring, walking, beaches, National Trust properties and gardens and the Eden Project.

CAR FROM FOWEY: From the roundabout on the edge of town take the B3269 signed Liskeard for 1 mile. Turn right at the crossroads signed Golant. **The road branches left signed to the church. Turn down this lane and Penquite Farm is opposite on the left.
CAR FROM A390: Take A3269 signed Fowey. After 2 miles turn left signed Golant. Follow from **.
