Description
Rezare Farmhouse B&B offers comfortable, characterful accommodation with an emphasis on good food and sustainability. Situated halfway between Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor, and both coasts, you will be perfectly placed to explore the regions’ many and varied attractions, which include beautiful walking and cycling country, stunning coastlines, and many places of historical interest.
Dogs are welcome.
The quiet hamlet of Rezare is nestled above wooded valleys, where the River Inney joins the River Tamar, in an area of outstanding natural beauty. It is a peaceful and relaxed environment which, although within easy reach of the main roads which connect you to wherever you wish to go, is far enough from the rush of modern life to allow you to instantly forget that it exists, and is the ideal, restful base to return to after your days out exploring.
All rooms are ensuite, contain touches of luxury in the important areas, and are furnished to a high standard with very comfortable beds and practical antiques. Bed linen is 100% Egyptian cotton, the blankets are beautifully soft pure virgin wool, and we offer both goose feather and down, and non-allergenic pillows. Each bed is also covered with one of Nanette’s hand-made quilts.
Breakfast features delicious butcher’s-own sausages and home-cured bacon, and locally smoked kippers and salmon. Pure apple juice is produced from our own and neighbours’ fruit, eggs come from our own chickens, we make our own fruit compote, yoghurt and granola, and have a range of home-made preserves.
Three-course meals are available most nights. The menus, which change daily, make full use of the fact that we have many excellent producers and suppliers of meat, fish, vegetables and cheeses locally. We use seasonal produce whenever possible and use ingredients that speak for themselves, cooking them simply, with care and the minimum of fuss. We are licensed, and stock a range of award-winning, locally produced wines, beers and ciders.
Our aim is that you should feel comfortable and well-looked after, in relaxed surroundings, and look forward to welcoming you to our home.

Directions
By road:
We are located a mile off the A388, halfway between Launceston and Callington, a short drive from many of the old, interesting towns and villages in the area, including Tavistock, Gunnislake, Calstock, the Bere Peninsula and Liskeard to name a few, and within easy reach of both coasts.
By Car
FROM EXETER
Take the A30 towards Okehampton, Cornwall. After 30 or 40 minutes, take the turnoff for the A388 : Launceston, Bude & Callington.
Take the 1st exit off the roundabout, passing Launceston hospital then Focus DIY.
Turn right at the cluster of mini roundabouts, past Tesco, for Plymouth (A388).
Pass straight over the next roundabout.
After 4 miles you will come to Treburley, with the Springer Spaniel pub on your right. Directly opposite the pub turn left, signposted Rezare Nurseries, a flower motif brown sign.
Coming down into Rezare after a mile, take the left fork, following another flower motif brown sign, at which point you will see our small B&B sign in the wall on your left.
Turn left at the junction, then left into the gated parking area at the rear of the house.
FROM PLYMOUTH
Take the A38 towards Cornwall, passing over the Tamar bridge.
At the first roundabout after the bridge, take the A388 for Callington and Launceston.
5 miles after Callington you will come to Treburley, with the Springer Spaniel pub on your left.

FROM BODMIN
Take the A30 towards Exeter. Ignore the Launceston exit, taking instead the following exit, for Plymouth, Tavistock and Callington ( A388 ).
Turn right at the top of the sliproad.
Pass straight over the roundabout.
