In an area of outstanding natural beauty on the Atlantic coast, The Gurnard's Head owners, Charles and Edmund Inkin, pursue their aim of "the simple things in life done well".
Essential to the operation is a top-notch team in the kitchen, where there is an unusual attention to detail and to the quality of ingredients. With the emphasis on relaxed informality, lunch and supper can be taken in either the bar or the restaurant, or during much of the summer, in the garden. Like its famous sister establishment in Wales, The Felin Fach Griffin, the Gurnard's Head has a superb wine list with the Inkins' generous pricing encouraging guests to drink better wines.
