Set in beautiful coastal scenery, Geevor is an ideal base to use to explore the Penwith area. It is the largest mining history site in Britain - visitors need to allow themselves plenty of time. Open every day except Saturday. Last admission for full site tour 4pm (2.30pm in winter). Open from 9am (10am in winter). Educational facilities for schools, colleges and study groups.

Nearest station is Penzance station. Regular bus services from Penzance to Pendeen; bus station is located alongside railway station; buses depart every hour. Buy a combination travel and entry ticket on the bus to save money.
