The Blue Seas Hotel is a charming Grade II Listed hotel set in a south facing Regency Terrace overlooking Mount's Bay. It is an ideal base for visitors to West Cornwall, offering guests comfortable accommodation, friendly service and excellent food.

The hotel is completely non-smoking with its own large private car park and an attractive and sheltered front garden to enjoy the Cornish sunshine. All rooms are fully en-suite, most of them having stunning sea views towards Newlyn. They are all equipped with television, central heating, courtesy trays, fresh flowers and chocolates.

On the ground floor overlooking the garden and the bay our guests will find a spacious lounge and reading room with internet broadband access.

Breakfast is an important part of any stay. Our breakfast won the AA Egg cup award and is sourced from local products. We propose a wide range of choices from the Full English, the Continental buffet with fresh fruits, a variety of cereals, yogurts, croissants, home made bread and jams. We also serve a vegetarian option and for fish lovers a traditional Kedgeree or scrambled eggs with smoke salmon.

The Blue Seas is in a prime Penzance location, we are just 1/2 mile from the bus and train station, whilst the Scillonian Ferry, Morrab Gardens, Penlee Gallery and Jubilee Pool are minutes away on foot.

Penzance is a perfect base for exploring the delights of southwest Cornwall, its historic sites, sandy beaches and luxuriant gardens. St Michaels Mount, the Minack Theatre, Lands End, the Eden Project and the Isles of Scilly all make ideal daily excursions.
