Bamham Farm Cottages are ideally suited for families or couples who need a peaceful base to explore Cornwall. We are ideally located in beautiful countryside less than 1 mile from Launceston, the ancient capital town of Cornwall, with the North and South coasts easily accessible. Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor and many attractions, including the Eden Project, are not far away. Ideal for your relaxing holiday or short break.

Enjoy our heated indoor swimming pool, which is available all year round. Our additional facilities include a sauna and games room, laundry room, childrens’ indoor and outdoor play areas. Some of the cottages have open fires or wood burners and dishwashers and each cottage is fully equipped with everything necessary for a very enjoyable holiday including TV, DVD, CD player and books.

All the cottages have their own patio areas and easy access onto lawns and gardens. All our cottages are VisitBritain inspected and are rated 4 stars.

We are open all year and can offer short breaks up outside of school holidays.

Road Directions

From the M5 take the A30 signed Okehampton. After almost 40 miles exit at the LIFTONDOWN junction and follow the signs to TAVISTOCK (B3362). After about 2 miles the cottages are signposted on the road on your left shortly before you enter Launceston.
