Tastefully furnished, well equipped house on our home farm,situated almost in the centre of Cornwall, 5 miles west of Bodmin, plus other properties in and around the picturesque village of Chapel Amble, near Wadebridge.
There is so much for all the family here in Cornwall and whether you enjoy the beach, touring, holiday attractions, golf, horse-riding, or just lazing about in the sun, you will find that our self catering properties provide a perfect base for a lovely, relaxing, get-away-from-it-all holiday.
We are open all year and welcome guests for short breaks our of season, when Cornwall still has much to offer. All the properties have central heating (included in rental) and an open fire.
We have set ourselves high standards to help our guests enjoy their holiday. A warm welcome and a friendly relaxing atmosphere - for those who value quality, comfort, care and sincerity.

The rental on The Retreat,Greenbank and Penpont Mill includes full use of the facilities at The Olde House Complex just a short distance away. The Complex has an indoor heated pool, indoor play barn, jacuzzi, sauna, full size snooker table. Outside an adventrue playground, swings, climbing frame, tennis courts and pets corner.

Road Directions
Take A30 from M5 Exeter. Stay on dual carriageway past Bodmin until the Victoria Interchange taking the B3274 road off the A30 and follow signs for Withiel - going through first crossroads and turning left at the second crossroads. Lanjew Farm is the first entrance on right and Lanjew Park is the first house on the left down the drive - just 2 miles from the main A30 road. The journey from the M5 at Exeter to Lanjew Park takes just over one hour.
Chapel Amble properties - from Exeter take A30 via Okehampton and Launceston by-pass. At Kennards House turn left on A395, when it joins the A39, fork left and follow A39 through Camelford towards Wadebridge. After passing St Kew Highway Service Station (on right) take third turning right to Chapel Amble. At next "T" junction Penpont Mill is situated directly opposite. Turning right will take you to Chapel Amble village, 1 mile away.
