Description
Two semi detached bungalows sleeping 2 to 4 people. Both have their own patio with views across the countryside. Crofty has two bedrooms and shower room, there is a double bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom and an open plan kitchen/lounge/diner. Geevor has a double bedroom and a single bedroom, kitchenette and lounge/diner . They are insulated, heated and fully equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge, TV/DVD.
Crofty also has a washing machine.
There is a fenced garden and ample parking for cars and trailers.
We are set in tranquil countryside with many beautiful beaches nearby and well located for country walks and cycle trails.
Only one mile from the A30, Morthana is ideally situated to explore the magic of Cornwall.

Directions
By road:
Travel on the A30 through Cornwall until you reach Chiverton Cross roundabout. Here take the turning signposted for St Agnes. At the next roundabout go straight over following the Blackwater sign. Follow this road through the village, past Smokey Joes cafe on your right, until you come to Dales Garages. At this roundabout go straight over.
Take the next turning on your right signposted Wheal Rose and Porthtowan.
You have Roddas Creamery on your left. Follow this road along through the traffic calming and you will see the Engine House and Mi Grains animal feed store on your left. Shortly after this turn right in front of the renovated chapel.
Morthana is just ahead of you, second driveway on the left.
