Type: Bed & Breakfast

Sea Breeze is a light, airy, spacious house, standing in semi-tropical gardens, with far reaching sea and country views. In a quiet location, yet only 10 minutes walk from harbour, beaches and Tate Gallery. A non-smoking establishment; offering free parking, free collection from the station and hearty breakfasts. Bedrooms are centrally heated with private or en-suite bathrooms and have colour digital TVs, razor points, hair dryers, tea/coffee facilities, sea views and some with balconies. Never more than six guests to ensure total personal attention from the owners. Strict NO-SMOKING policy. Children age 12+ only. Open all year except Christmas. Single occupancy rate if a single is required.

Road Directions

By car; On leaving the A30 signposted St Ives, take the A3074 through Lelant and carbis Bay. As you enter St Ives you will see Tregenna Castle on your left. Continue down the hill until you reach a fork in the road adjacent to the Porthminster Hotel (on your right), Take the left fork, signposted ''Through Road'', car park, leisure centre and Trinity Watch. Follow the road up the hill and turn second left, just past the sign for Carrick Lodge Nursing Home, keeping Glanmor Guest House on your right we are 200 metres up the hill on the right hand side. Please drive in.
