THE FARM COTTAGE PENDRAGON COMES WITH ITS OWN PARKING PLACE AT POLZEATH BEACH IN FRONT OF THE OWNERS HOUSE GUARANTEED AT ALL TIMES. IT ALSO HAS 2 PARKING PLACES AT THE COTTAGE.

All year round availability in three star quality accommodation with storage heating and double glazing, widescreen TV/DVd/Video players, (Pendragon has freeview tv) video library, garden furniture, bathroom with washbasin, toilet and shower cabinet. Luxury double bed. Sleeps 2-4, non-smokers only. Situated at Polzeath, the jewel in the crown of the area with the Rumps Point, Pentire Head & Stepper Point providing magnificent walking.

Polzeath Beach is a blue flag safe surfing/bathing beach, with lifeguard cover from May to September. Village stores, Post Office,cash machine, cafes, restaurants overlooking beach, fish and chips takeaway, pizzas.

Sorry no pets or under 25's unless accompanied by a family member. No single sex groups.
Easy access to Tintagel, Port Isaac (Doc Martin filmed here) Port Quin, Padstow and Eden Project all within a half hours ride.
