Deluxe 2-bedroom villas with private parking, open all year; 100 yds from the beach.
Each villa has two bedrooms (one double, one twin), bathroom with shower unit, washbasin, toilet, hair dryer and a separate cloakroom.

There is a lounge with wide screen satellite TV and DVD player. Separate kitchen and dining area with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron and board, crockery and cutlery.

All bedding comprises pillows, duvets, linen and all towels and tea towels are also provided.
Each apartment is fully centrally heated, double-glazed and has a full fire and security alarm system. Private parking adjoins each unit.

Road Directions

Follow the A30 past Exeter and Bodmin and, after approximately 10 miles leave at junction marked Newquay and Airport. Take 3rd exit off roundabout signed Newquay, Wadebridge and Airport. Proceed along dual carriageway to the next roundabout and take 3rd exit signed Wadebridge and Airport.
Proceed to next roundabout and take 1st exit signed Newquay and Airport.
Proceed about 1.5 miles and take right hand turn signed Airport and Watergate Bay. Proceed past Airport and take left turn at next junction and follow the signs for Watergate Bay.
