The Top House Inn

The Top House Inn is only minutes from one of the most beautiful coastal settings in Cornwall and offers a warm and comfortable setting in which to enjoy some of the best food the county has to offer. This 200 year old Inn is full of character and retains all the charm of its roots as a traditional rural Cornish Inn.

On 23rd March 2010 The Top House Inn became part of the award-winning family business which also operates The Golden Lion Inn at Stithians Lake, near Redruth. John, Wendy, David & Cherie of The Golden Lion have been joined by James & Donna Glosby, who have relocated from Cambridgeshire with their two children to live at The Top House and run the pub on a day-to day basis.

The family’s intention is to apply the experience and skills gained over fifteen years at The Golden Lion and make The Top House an equally popular destination for both local Cornish residents and visitors from further afield.

With an extensive Menu offering interesting dishes freshly prepared from the best local produce, a comprehensive Wine List and Award Winning Real Ales kept to Cask Marque standards, The Top House Inn is a great choice whatever the occasion.

Choose between dining in our Traditional Cornish Bar, our light and spacious Restaurant overlooking the Village Square, or catch the sun alfresco in our courtyard patio. Whatever your preference, you will enjoy the full choice of our menus and Table Service throughout.
