The Cornish Birds of Prey Centre and Animal Park is set in beautiful countryside with views across hills and valleys. Over 50 birds of prey with regular flying displays, ornamental pheasants and 3 fishing lakes. Visitors have the option to have a full day as an assistant.
Why you should visit
- There are many magnificent birds of prey from Owls to Hawks and Kookaburras to Vultures
- Other birds to see are Waterfowl such as Ducks and Swans to exotics like Parrots and an Emu
- Animals include Ponies, Deer and a Zebu
- There are daily flying displays (weather permitting)
- Keep your eyes open for Olly the Owl, if you're lucky you may see her and get a wave or a cuddle
- Facilities include snacks, gifts, playground and picnic areas
Falconry Experiences
Courses are run throughout the year and are 'one to one' unless you wish to participate with a friend. All falconry experiences are completely hands-on with you flying the birds yourself under supervision of our falconer. Gift vouchers are available and are valid for twelve months.
A spectator is able to accompany the person doing the experience to take photos/video or to just watch them enjoy their experience.
