Following the success of the fist Arts and Literary Festival, the second will focus on drama, visual arts and spirituality. The programme includes a Nick Darke pay, reading, poetry and drama workshops by acclaimed actors, an exhibition by St Ives artists, silk painting, surf art, Cornish heritage and lively debates.
The Festival takes place in the Churches and Institutes of the 6 churches under the Ministry of Preb. John May:- St. MINVER, St. MICHAEL, St. ENODOC, St. PETER, St. JAMES and St. ENDELLION, during the Autumn half Term.
The 6 Churches wish to pursue the vision of Bishop Bill to explore faith and spirituality in North Cornwall through the Arts and Artistic Expression. The Festival embraced many facets of the arts and their relationship to spirituality but is not overtly ‘Churchy’!
