By road:

Leave A30 on A391 to St Austell. Take 1st left from roundabout and then 3rd exit on mini roundabout for St Austell. Follow this road until you reach the T junction with traffic lights at the end. Turn left at next roundabout by Britannia Inn, take 2nd exit sign - posted Carlyon Bay Hotel. Finally take next right.
