Chocolicious

My aim is to create a cake of a unique personal design, using quality ingredients. The cake of your choice can be fruit soaked with brandy, rich Belgium chocolate truffle cake coated in white, milk or dark chocolate. Citrus victoria sponge layered with fresh orange/lemon frosting. The tiers can be a combination of different flavour cakes. Decorations are handcrafted in sugar or chocolate. Fresh flowers to compliment the flowers of the day. Fresh fruits and chocolate dipped strawberries.
