Explore the rugged coastline of North Cornwall with one of Cornish Rock Tor's action packed guided coasteering sessions. They'll travel along an otherwise inaccessible stretch of the Cornish coast, swimming into rocky coves and through exhilarating whitewater features, adventuring into caves, and of course leaping from our favourite jump spots.

If you want to see the famous Eden Project from a different angle, whilt enjoying a heart pumping activity, then see what it's like to soar above its Biomes on their SkyWire at 60mph and 660 metres in length. On a clear day you'll even see the sea sparkling in the distance and the beautiful countryside that surrounds Eden.

But the latest wild swimming craze that is sweeping the nation steps it up a notch and is strokes away from busy bathing beaches. For a truly refreshing wild swimming fix find quiet coves and secluded lakes or follow in the path of an expert ‘one in the know’ with a wild swimming session with Bedruthan Steps Hotel and resident instructor, Nick.

Stand-up paddle boarding - Harlyn Surf School

Embrace the revival of one of the oldest forms of surfing on a half day stand-up paddle boarding course, a great activity for novices as the large boards catch the smallest of waves. Stand up paddle boarding is a social sport and great to do with family, friends or even to discover by yourself. Harlyn's 2hr Intro SUP sessions are mainly held on the Camel estuary in Padstow, all the kit is provided by them and they cater for most ages and abilities.
