Ivy House Cornwall is a new boutique B&B in the historic market town of St Austell. We offer a choice of three bedrooms (a maximum of six guests) and all prices include a generous breakfast. Ivy House is a 200 year old property situated in a private park and gardens a very short walk away from St Austell train/bus station and the town centre (with shops, pubs, restaurants, etc). We are also close to the major attractions of the Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, the fishing harbours of Fowey and Mevagissey, and the beaches of St Austell Bay. Ivy House offers visitors the perfect location to explore Cornwall - with all parts of the county reachable during a day trip. We offer free parking and free WiFi - as well as free tea and coffee in the bedrooms. We promise guests a peaceful and relaxing stay - as well as the chance to stay in a beautiful, traditional Cornish manor house.
