The Hen House, near Helston, west Cornwall is hidden away in a quiet leafy hamlet less than a mile from the sea and the fishing cove of Porthallow and close to the meandering waters of The Helford estuary. Friendly pets welcome. Sorry, no children under 12 years old.

The idyllic Lizard peninsula is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with dramatic cliff tops, serene sandy beaches, pretty thatched fishing villages, fishing coves, Serpentine heathland and an array of unique species of flora and fauna.

For those that enjoy an active holiday their is diving, surfing, kayaking, windsurfing, stand up paddle boarding, sailing, fishing and motor boat hire all on the doorstep.

As a green tourism business the houses generate their own electricity, solar heated water and they do all they can to protect the environment whilst not detracting from the luxurious, comfortable, cosseted stay of their guests.
