Quirky: For those wanted a room with that extra bit of character, the quirky rooms are the perfect choice. Each of these rooms are individually designed to make the most of their unique shape and style whilst keeping with the style of the original building.
Family: With more room for movement, these rooms cater for those visiting for a family holiday, with pull out beds and cots readily available.
Spot the Gannet: Spot the Gannet rooms have all the benefits of the Cosy and Quirky rooms with the added luxury of a coastal view.

The menu has been created by the Rosette winning chef at the Carbis Bay Hotel, Spa & Estate. Each dish is made and developed to fit with the kitchen’s home-cooking style which is brimming with locally sourced ingredients from the finest Cornish producers. Consistent with The Gannet Inn’s quirky yet stylish room interiors, guests can cosy up in leather armchairs and soft velvet sofas before moving into the main dining room.
