The accommodation includes, two double bedrooms, one of which can be split into twin beds if communicated before arrival; a snug, living/dining area, separate kitchen, separate bathroom with roll top bath and stand alone shower.
The apartment also boasts a large private patio area at the back for those wishing to dine al fresco.
Shops and restaurants are a 5-10 minute stroll from the house, the bus and train station a 10-15 minute stroll and generally most areas within West Penwith are a 20 minute drive from the house.
