Converted Farmhouse in beautiful valley near Truro and Falmouth

Come-To-Good farm is situated in a beautiful valley between Truro and Falmouth. We have approximately 500 sheep, 2 sheepdogs, 1 cat, several chickens and ducks.

The farmhouse is a barn which we had converted about 7 years ago. The guest accommodation consists of one large double en-suite bedroom containing tv and tea/coffee making facilities and also a newly constructed family room in a separate building opposite the house. The rooms are warm, comfortable and cosy and we pride ourselves on making you feel relaxed and welcome.

Breakfast is served in the farmhouse at a time convenient to you.

The farm teems with small birds. Ravens nest each year in the pine trees in our old quarry. We have song thrushes, bats, tawny owls and buzzards around as well as the more common garden birds like blue and great tit.

The farm is diagonally opposite the famous Come-To-Good Quaker meeting house which holds services each Sunday morning.

There is a pretty and popular footpath through the valley bottom which follows the route of an old road between Penelewey and Penpol Creek.

They are close to several good pubs - The Old Quay Inn at Devoran, The Royal Oak in Perranwell Station and The Punch Bowl and Ladle Inn at Penelewey.

Several interesting gardens are also close by - Trelissick, Trebah, Caerhays Castle, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Trewithen and not forgetting The Eden Project.

They look forward to welcoming you into out home at any time of the year and advising you about trips, Cornish Culture etc.

Please do not hesitate to call.
