Little Pengelly offers a central location from which you may enjoy many activities.

West Cornwall, has an unspoilt coastal landscape ideal for walking, cycling and water sports. You may prefer to enjoy The Great Gardens of Cornwall, Cornish Mining Heritage or explore the ancient history.

Many of our guests wish to visit the pretty towns of St Ives and Falmouth but prefer a base which is quieter and has easy parking (with electric vehicle charging) We are surrounded by beautiful hedgerows full of primroses and bluebells in spring. Later in the year you can enjoy the swallows skimming the meadow or hear the owls in the orchard.

The New Barn was converted in 2010, it offers modern comfort along with the charm of an older building. South facing, the New Barn is bright and sunny, catching the sun all day. For those long winter nights you can enjoy the flickering flames of a log burner and the ambience created by subtle lighting through out the building. The lounge has two sofas one of which is a sofa bed should you wish to bring family or friends along.

The cottage has a secluded garden which is enclosed and faces open fields. It is the lovely old diary building made of traditional Cornish granite and slate. With windows both sides and French doors the lounge is light and airy. We welcome dogs in this accommodation.

The studio is converted from the old hay barn. The ceiling is open beamed giving an open contemporary feel to the building. There are views over to the hills near St Ives.

There are pubs 5 minutes drive away and the town of Porthleven provides a wide choice of good quality places to eat.
