Our private caravan is in lovely peaceful grounds with lots of room to enjoy your holiday. It is approached down a private lane with plenty of space to park.
Veranda decking runs the full length of caravan with table and chairs for outside eating and drinking! The gardens look out over local farmland and there’s a picnic bench and barbecue area for your use.

Inside the caravan there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both have wardrobes.  There is a shower room with shower cubicle ceramic wash basin and lavatory. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a full size oven and fridge.  There is a toaster, an electric kettle and full range of pots, pans, utensils, crockery and cutlery.

The sitting area is particularly pleasant with comfortable seating and wonderful aspect and a gas fire, should you be staying out of season.  There is a colour TV, a selection of local interest brochures and even a small library.

The caravan is dog friendly and there are lots of local walks nearby including St Michael's Way, which links St Ives Bay with St Michael's Mount.

St Ives with its sandy beaches and numerous excellent restaurants is a just over the hill and we are within easy reach of Penzance, Lands End and many of the film locations for the Poldark TV series.  

Nearby activities is available include horse riding, fishing, walking and golf.
