We are nestled at the foot of Tregonning Hill, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and part of a World Heritage Site. Godolphin House (NT) is just over a mile away, our nearest beach, Praa Sands, is approx. two miles away and Porthleven, a lovely fishing village with small harbour and wonderful places to eat is only three miles away. There are footpaths on the doorstep to take you to Tregonning Hill and Godolphin Hill and the surrounding areas. We have spectacular countryside and sea views.  A wonderful place to relax and retreat.

Each of our pods boasts a king-size bed from which you can gaze up through the Velux window to the Cornish sky above, a large sofa which converts into a king-size bed, a large, fully accessible wet room and a well equipped kitchen area with fridge, 2 ring induction hob, combination oven with grill, belfast sink and small dining area.  There is central heating and an amazing bluetooth speaker system.  Luxury egyptian cotton bed linen and towels are also provided.

Outside there is a decked area where you can sit and enjoy the stunning sea and countryside views stretching as far as St. Michael’s Mount, Penzance and St. Ives Bay and each pod has its own picnic table.
