Mariners Cottage

A traditional cosy cottage in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Mariners' Cottage is in a very quiet location only 200 yards from the heart of Boscastle and its spectacular harbour, which is surrounded by picturesque buildings, many owned by the National Trust.

Mariners is set in a terrace of six cottages, originally built over 250 years ago to house the coastguards when Boscastle was a thriving port and fishing village. The whole terrace was devastated by the infamous flood of August 2004, after which Mariners Cottage was sympathetically restored using traditional skills and materials to ensure that the character of the cottage was preserved.

Sleeps 3. Friday changeover day.
