    Falmouth Stays

Our Victorian property on leafy Woodlane Cresecent dates back to 1840 and comprises three flats Treetops (1-bed), Manacles (2-bed) and Pendennis (2-bed). Close by, through Fox Rosehill Gardens and towards the beach is Trevint, our detached 3+ bed home, tucked away with its secluded garden.

All have designated parking right outside (except Pendennis, but free street parking nearby is available). All are accessed by lock box self check-in, so you can enjoy the privacy of your stay with the reassurance that help is close by on hand if needed.

We provide long stay discounts of 10% for 7+ days, 15% for 14+ days and 25% for 28+ days. Discounts are automatically applied by our booking engine. So why not bring your laptop and stay down a little longer!

Anthea February 2023 Fantastic place. Lovely and spacious with lots of privacy. Beautiful open plan living room/kitchen and all very comfortable and well equipped. It had great showers and was nice and clean and warm. Easy walk to the beach and off street parking a bonus too. Thank you :-)

Falmouth Stays is owned and managed by me, Ric, a Falmouth based sailor, surfer, kitesurfer, father of two and lover of all things outdoorsy and coastal. Prior to moving to Cornwall for the coastal life, I worked in London in the world of commercial property.

I have lived in and refurbished all our listings, so know them intimately and do my best to keep them that way so guests can enjoy their stay, hassle free.
