Trevadlock Manor

Welcome to Trevadlock Manor

This is a truly unspoilt part of Cornwall on the edge of Bodmin Moor and Launceston. The peace and tranquillity of this setting belie its convenience as a holiday base.

With one wing of the manor house and five cottages available for let, Trevadlock represents versatile, quality accommodation for individuals, couples and families, or for larger groups who may wish to rent several properties. We welcome dogs.

Outside, each property has its own seating area and in the summer a barbecue. Dogs welcome and can roam free in the fenced orchard from which there is a gate through the fields to the River Lynher. A well equipped games room is accessed via a secure children’s play area.

    Our Cottages

Situated at the end of the row of cottages, the entrance to Tor View is up a flight of wooden steps, as the entrance is on the first floor through a stable door situated on the cottage’s sunny balcony. In the living area there are three small, shuttered windows overlook the Manor’s courtyard.

Neighbouring cottage, Lambs Barn, can be ideal for larger parties as it has a co-joining door with Tor View so that the two are interlinked upstairs and the shared space can then sleep up to ten.

The Granary offers an open plan living space with exposed beams and painted stone walling provides a huge amount of atmosphere. The living area is spacious and comfortable and there are French doors open onto Juliette balcony.

The Forge offers two bedrooms, one double ensuite and one twin. The open plan living space is spacious and comfortable.

The Dairy at Trevadlock Manor is furnished to a high standard and offers two bedrooms, one double and one twin.

The West Wing offers a step into history. From the solid front door, a flagstone floored hallway takes you through to the stunning living and dining room with enormous Delabole slates on the floor and a granite lined open fireplace. There are historic features all around this beautiful section of the house, and upstairs there are two airy bedrooms with comfortable beds.

We have just returned from a holiday stay at the Dairy. A beautiful stone conversion which was spotless when we arrived. We were greeted by Dolly who was very welcoming and made us feel at home with a very tasty home baked cake. Very peaceful and a fabulous location to travel around the stunning Cornwall and Devon.
