    • One of five cottages, which sleeps 6 + cot
    • Converted from 19th century farm buildings and is ideal for families.
    • Located in Valley Park Lane adjacent to its junction with Tregoney Hill
    • Within 2 minutes walk of the village centre and harbour
    • Sitting room with TV/DVD player
    • Large fully-equipped kitchen-diner
    • 2 bedrooms, each with a single and a double bed with bed linen and towels provided
    • Bathroom with over bath shower
    • Courtyard garden which leads off the kitchen/diner faces south west creating a sheltered sun trap
    • Designated parking space is accessed from Tregoney Hill
