Polzeath Beach House has been designed as a place for everyone and a holiday retreat for all seasons. It is somewhere to recharge and reconnect. It’s about the balance in life: getting amongst the elements, eating and drinking well, and ultimately enjoying a good time with family and friends.
Polzeath Beach House stands on the former Atlantic House Hotel site in New Polzeath and has been rebuilt as a unique beachfront property with 9 luxury ocean view apartments. Many memories of splendid seaside holidays across generations have been created and thanks to its recent, multi-million pound rebuild, many more are to come.

When you’re done there head into the Atlantic Bar and Kitchen which occupies the ground floor and serves beer from their own brewery along with a carefully curated Wine List, Wines by the glass and some fun Cocktails and Mocktails. The menu has a relaxed Italian theme serving family-sized 20-inch pizzas as a speciality and an extensive range of delicious Small Plates - perfect for sharing, Pasta dishes and scrumptious Desserts— it’s open all day and just as good for breakfast and lunch.
The local area...
The village of Polzeath is a short walk along the clifftop path or beach and offers plenty of dining, drinking and shopping opportunities. If you’ve never visited this part of Cornwall, the area is known as the Golden Triangle with Polzeath at the top and Cornwall’s foodie capital Padstow and coastal resort of Rock forming its base.
The South West Coast Path offers a beautiful and dramatic walk, heading towards Trebetherick Point and the delights of Daymer Bay to the south, and Pentire Point and The Rumps to the north. Local golf courses include St Enodoc on the doorstep. There is so much more to do both close by and further afield throughout Cornwall.
Consider taking a working holiday here: with superfast broadband and administration services available, working remotely from here is very doable. Lunchtime clifftop strolls will refresh the mind and a working holiday here won’t feel like work at all.
