Lovely modern house set in the beautiful Cornish harbour village of Boscastle

The downstairs is open plan with the lounge leading through to the dining room and on through to the kitchen. There is also a downstairs cloakroom, as well as an upstairs bathroom with a shower over the bath. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, bedroom 2 is a twin and bedroom 3 is a single.

There is a pretty enclosed garden with seating and a bbq for enjoying al-fresco dining.

Facilities in the house include, fridge, larder freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine (in garage), electric cooker, hob and microwave. There is a highchair and a travel cot for younger guests, plus a travel stairgate (This is not suitable for stairs, but suitable for between rooms). There’s also a DVD player with a selection of DVDs, books and games. Linen and towels are provided.

The house has oil fired central heating for the colder months.

There is a pub, the Napoleon, less than ten minutes walk away, and the walk down to the harbour is either via the beautiful South West Coast Path or down through the village, and takes about twenty minutes. There is plenty of parking down at the harbour, for those with limited mobility, as the walk back up is a fairly steep climb.

Hilly View provides an excellent base for a seaside getaway and an opportunity to explore the beautiful Cornish coastline and countryside.

Boscastle harbour is one of the jewels in Cornwall’s crown with the narrow exit out into the sea a favourite of photographers. There are many hidden coves and scenic walks in the area, as well as pretty Cornish villages to explore. Tintagel is a 15 minute drive away with all its King Arthur connections, including the castle, which can now be reached by a brand new bridge. Lovers of Doc Martin can easily drive to Port Isaac and it’s not much further to Padstow.

The house benefits from its own personal driveway for parking.

Sorry no pets, smoking, stag/hen parties or similar allowed.
