This well-appointed, detached cottage, Heliview Cottage, is a stone-built, detached holiday let sleeping up to six people with hot tub.  Resting alongside and owned by the Cornwall Air Ambulance Trust, it’s the perfect base to explore rugged coastline and nearby sandy beaches, including Newquay, Watergate Bay and Mawgan Porth.

Set over three floors, it comprises three bedrooms; a double, a twin (zip/link can be super king-size on request) and a second-floor twin, sleeping six altogether. There is also a bathroom, ground floor cloakroom, a kitchen/diner, utility, sitting room with woodburning stove and a sunroom. To the outside is ample off-road parking and an enclosed garden with lawned area, patio with furniture, picnic bench and sheltered hot tub. Heliview Cottage offers a unique getaway, perfect for aviation enthusiasts and families looking to spend quality time together in a superb region of Cornwall. The property is dog-friendly, with miles of nearby coastline and sandy beaches to explore with your four-legged friend.

Central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, 2 x TVs. WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire/stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off-road parking. Enclosed garden to the front and side with patio, garden furniture, picnic bench, lawned area and sheltered hot tub. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.2 miles, pub 2.1 miles. Note: There is some low head height in the second floor bedroom. Note: Any profit from this cottage goes towards sustaining the important work of the Cornwall Air Ambulance charity. Note: Please be aware that throughout the year, the trust runs occasional events and open days which can result in increased activity on site.
