Towan Valley - beautifully appointed self catering holiday destination, a few minutes walk from one of Cornwall’s best Blue Flag beaches in the coastal village of Porthtowan.

Nestled in a valley in the coastal village of Porthtowan, sheltered by adjoining rolling fields yet just a stone’s throw away from the rugged North Cornish cliffs providing stunning views up and down the coastline, Towan Valley has been designed with the environment in mind to create a range of eye catching 2, 3 and 4 bedroom properties.

Each property has been thoughtfully furnished with comfort in mind to ensure that our guests experience a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay.

This gated community benefits from off road parking for each property, a children’s play area and beautifully landscaped gardens so families can truly benefit from their unique and private surroundings, as well as WiFi facilities and flat screen digital TV as standard, comfortable, modern furniture and fixtures and fittings including a fully fitted kitchen.

In short, Towan Valley provides the perfect holiday getaway – whether on a classic summer holiday, short break or out of season visit.

The golden sands of Porthtowan Beach (reputed to be the spiritual birthplace of surfing in the UK) are a short walk (10 minutes) from the Beach Houses at Towan Valley offering not just great views and experiences such as surfing or stunning cliff walks but for those looking for something less energetic the renowned Blue Bar with its great views out across the beach is the perfect way to enjoy a few relaxing hours. Away from Porthtowan itself there are a wealth of places to go and things to do and see.

Towan Valley is the perfect spot from which to explore the spectacular coastline and rolling Cornish countryside with hillsides of wild bracken, broken only by the ruins of abandoned tin mines, Cornish hedgerows and wooded dells.

Whilst towns such as St Ives and Newquay may attract hoards of tourists, clogging roads and beaches at the height of the holiday season, Porthtowan is an undiscovered Cornish gem.
