Trehaven is one ofjust three cottages situated in peaceful surroundings at the edgeof the small villageof St Erth. Set within an acre of 'secret' gardens with two streams, it is only a short distance from the RSPB bird sanctuary on the Hayle river estuary and a short drive from Hayle’s 3 miles of golden sands. Penwith pitch and putt is closeby and the award winning Paradise Park is within walking distance. The picturesque town of St Ives and the historic St Michael’s Mount, off Marazion, are only 6 and 4 miles drive away respectively. Land’s End, the Lizard and Newquay are equally accessible. This is an ideal centre for touring the whole of west Cornwall.
Trehaven has the advantage of being attached to Wisteria, (see image) a charming, traditional cottage, some 300 years old, which is the home of the owner. Trehaven was built in the 1970s and has recently been modernised, with double glazing and fitted carpets throughout, to provide a very comfortable home. The accommodation, all on one floor, comprises: entrance hall with storage heater and airing cupboard, lounge/diner with picture window overlooking the garden and storage heater, kitchen with oak fitted units, bedroom 1 : double bed, bedroom 2 : twin beds, bathroom: roll top bath with mixer taps and electric shower, basin and flush toilet, heater and heated towel rail.
