Feadon Wildlife Centre

From sea views to grassy fields, Landal Gwel an Mor is surrounded by beautiful natural Cornish habitat and we do all we can to sustain it – from eliminating the use of as much plastic from the resort as possible to building eco-friendly lodges and rescuing and rehabilitating wildlife at Feadon Wildlife Centre.

Feadon Farm is something no other holiday resort in the country offers and gives you the chance to get back to nature. Come and make some furry friends – stroke our reindeer, hand feed foxes, go on night hunts through the woods to see what creatures come out in the dark, fly owls and lots more.

Our expert Wildlife Rangers have lots of activities weekly and their passion, knowledge and enthusiasm are contagious – little ones (and big ones!) will learn so much about the fantastic wildlife all around us

The Famous Nine at Landal Gwel an Mor

St Andrews, Augusta, Royal Troon, Pebble Beach and Carnoustie...The Famous Nine has been inspired by legendary holes at the most famous golf courses around the world. This spectacular par 3 nine hole course offers a unique and challenging experience to golfers and takes roughly two hours to play.

Officially opened by Ryder Cup Captain, Bernard Gallacher, who said “I was intrigued when I heard about the idea of nine holes inspired by famous holes around the world and I enjoyed playing the course very much. The most life-like was the hole inspired by the ‘Postage Stamp’ – when I stood on the tee it felt exactly like it. Hats off to the course designer David Cooper for creating a terrific course.”

We’ve created a course that everyone will enjoy playing. With spectacular views out to sea, every hole looks breathtaking. The Cornish weather will make every game different, every game a real challenge.

The Famous Nine is the largest golf course using all-weather greens in the UK. And it is the only golf course in Cornwall using the very latest all-weather greens materials, ensuring that the course is playable all year round.

Base Camp

Just steps from your lodge door is all the excitement of Base Camp – one of Cornwall’s largest and finest indoor activity centres for kids. Perfect for rainy days or tiring out little ones before bed, Base Camp has a huge 2,000 sq ft soft play area. Over three floors of zip lines, ball pools, slides and fun are waiting with a self-contained play area for little ones under three on the ground floor. Try something new with our ten indoor climbing walls. Clip n’ Climb has a safe harness and auto-belay system which means if you fall from the wall you are safely and slowly lowered back down to the floor to try again. Our instructors will have you scampering up the walls in no time. While the kids are letting off steam you can relax in Base Camp Café over coffee, breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Explore, inspire, discover. A short stroll through our woodland valley will take you straight to the golden sands of Portreath beach. Build sandcastles, explore caves and rockpools, take a wild swim or catch the curling, glistening surf. If you’re feeling energetic take a stroll along the coastpath and discover secret coves and hidden picnic spots or spy seals basking in the sun.

Get out on bikes to explore the Mineral Tramways trail which runs alongside the resort, taking you right across to Cornwall’s south coast through some famous mining landscapes.

Venture down the coast to the beautiful town of St Ives, famous for its winding alleys, Tate St Ives, Barbara Hepworth museum, art galleries and white sandy beaches.

Discover the filming locations of Poldark, explore the world’s largest indoor rainforest at the Eden Project, uncover a land of giants on St Michael’s Mount or try your hand at surfing, coasteering, kayaking and lots more!

It’s all at your fingertips, the hardest thing will be to decide which to choose….
