...and an amazing starlit steam room, Coxwain’s Cottage is one of the most glamorous places to rest your head in Cornwall. Unique, design-led and impeccably finished, our first three-bedroom property in St Ives rivals the best beach villas around the world.
As with all of our properties, the exterior of Coxswain’s Cottage is delightfully unassuming. But step off the bustling street and you’ll discover a stylish sanctum of exposed stone walls and thoughtful design set across three floors. It is ideal for an indulgent weekend or a week away with friends and family. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a vast six-person sofa that fits the entire family for film night. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms (two of which are en-suite) are all wonderfully comfortable for a property of this size, with the large bathroom also converting into a decadent steam room, ideal for warming chilled bodies after a plunge in the Cornish sea.
All the usual Beachspoke standard items apply and include a Nespresso machine, quality cookware and a complimentary bottle of bubbles.
