      Our properties can be found in all corners of our 72-acre estate. Some of our Cornish cottages occupy the castle's original outbuildings and are just a short stroll from St Ives. Others are shaded by subtropical gardens, or are nestled amongst our woodland walkways. We even have lodges with private saunas and Jacuzzis - because when it comes to holidays in Cornwall, there's no one-size-fits-all.

    Take your pick from our cosy cottages, lodges and coach houses - many of which are just a stone's throw from the castle and our on-site facilities. Or, choose from the luxurious, and super-spacious, properties in our Signature Collection which can sleep between 4 and 12 guests.

    There is a choice of restaurants, bars and swimming pools onsite – indoor and a heated outdoor pool (seasonal). A trip to the studio gym can be followed by a visit to the beauty salon and treatment rooms, or you can play a range of sports from tennis, badminton and croquet. The woodland walks and sub tropical gardens within the estate are much loved by visitors and the Resort also has a challenging 18-hole, par 3 Golf Course overlooking St Ives Bay. 

    “We stayed this weekend for my BIG 4 0… we had a great time in a 3 bedroom Lodge. All staff were amazing, the food was great. Even though the whether wasn’t the best I would highly recommend to stay here. It’s the perfect place to explore St Ives from. We will be back!”
